It is currently home to one functioning business and a few residents in one of the buildings, but is mostly a "playground" for graffiti artists, photographers, explorers, ruin "tourists", and car thieves if you aren't careful... <a href="http://www.detroitnews.com/article/20120302/BIZ/203020372" rel="nofollow">Plans for demolition</a> were recently announced, but then again <a href="http://www.freep.com/article/20120302/NEWS01/120302053/packard-plant-city-of-detroit-demolition" rel="nofollow">maybe not</a> for awhile...Either way, the building is practically demolishing itself along with the help of scrappers.
